Dr. James Granger is originally from Washington, D.C. He was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army before graduating Magna Cum Laude from Howard University. Dr. Granger then went on to graduate from Meharry Medical College and practiced Ob/Gyn prior to moving to Georgia where he has his current general practice.
Dr. Granger maintains ties to his OB/Gyn past by offering Bioidentical hormone pellet therapy to treat Menopause, Andropause and other related conditions. In addition, Dr. Granger is licensed to treat with pain related and other conditions with acupuncture and is SAMSHA certified to treat opiate dependence with Buprenorphine.
In addition to bio-identical hormone pellet therapy, Dr. Granger’s office offers suboxone treatment for narcotics addiction, treatment of personal (auto) and work injuries, acupuncture treatment and regenerative medicine (often referred to as stem cell therapy).
